Beginners Astanga Yoga


An eight week course that examines the fundamental elements of astanga yoga. Learn how to use the breath and abdominal strength to flow through your practise. We will study the two types of sun salutes and selected asana from the primary series to develop strength, flexibility, stamina and improve concentration. An ideal introduction to this energetic style of yoga.
